-
What kind job are you looking for?
-
What's features to help you find a jobs? (features you like or helpful)
-
What's feature you want to help you find or apply a job?
-
Have you ever faced any difficulties while using job app/website to apply or find a job?
User Persona
After I give a questionnaire, I became more familiar with the behavior of the target audience of this application. Then I created 2 fictional personas in order to help me watch the steps users take to accomplish their goals and need, and also to help me to see the opportunity that I can do to improve a better and optimized user experience.

Takeways
The first stage of designing People has offered me valuable opportunities to really explore and expand my skillset within the discovery and design stages. In particular, the opportunity to plan and conduct user research has taught me how to closely hone in on the root of the problem and gather insights that will help drive customer-centric design.
I discovered the importance of user centered design and ways how to make a better product through understanding our user front and center.
